– It is the 4th largest RE-ECM transaction in German history; only DtW/GSW merger as well as GAGFAH and LEG IPOs were larger
– Capital markets paid >3bn to private equity investors since 2009
– Placement reduces the sector’s stock overhang to below EUR5bn
