We have just published a joint research with the German Property Federation (ZIA) looking at developments of the listed German property sector.
Our main findings include:
– Combined free float of Top 16 German RE companies more than doubled to EUR21.8bn yoy
– The sector’s property assets increased by EUR7.9bn to EUR68bn yoy
– Top 15 investors account for 31% vs 20% of DAX30
