German Property Funds: Dominated by Office & Retail Real Estate
German property funds are dominated by office and retail real estate. According to fresh data from the German funds association BVI office real estate represents 55% of rental revenues at public open-end funds and 33% at institutional open-end funds. The share of retail real estate is 22% and 25% respectively.
