Germany’s Listed Housing Sector Grows to 836k Units
Dt. Annington (No 1 in our Resi Co data base) has acquired Vitus (No 24) as well as a further 11.5k units from GeWAG (No 64 pre deal ).
With these acquisitions the listed German housing sector has surpassed the 800k threshold and currently owns 836k units. Dt. Annington alone represents more than ¼ of the listed housing sector in terms of units.
